Shipping Policy

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

Subeez airfreights consignments worldwide free of charge with insurance. On placing of the order we shall inform you in detail of the logistic process for your order and costs associated (if any including customs duty). 

Since all pieces are handcrafted, Please allow a delivery time of 4-7 weeks from the date of order. It  takes on average 4 weeks to manufacture and 2 weeks to deliver to your doorstep. Though the timeline may vary from order to order, we endeavor that your order reaches you within 6 weeks of receipt of payment by us.

Once the order is shipped, we provide you with the shipment details and, you can view the location of your shipment at any transit point until its delivery to you.

Domestic Shipping - 4 Weeks 

International Shipping - 6 Weeks

 

TRANSIT INSURANCE

All goods will be fully insured by Subeez until they reach you, so your purchase is 100% safe.

All orders are delivered by our trusted Logistics Partner through Fedex/ DHL. Our partners specialize in the logistics of High Value Jewelry shipments.

For your order safety, we cannot change the shipping address online once the order has been placed, please email us at jewels@subeez.org  for address change. However, no address change is possible once the order has been shipped.

We aim to confirm all orders within 24 hours of receiving your order confirmation, barring weekends and public holidays. In which case we aim to confirm the order within 72 hours. Currently, each order can be shipped only to a single destination address. If you wish to ship products to different addresses, please place multiple orders.

 

CUSTOM DUTY

Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed and discussed are exclusive of all import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival. Our logistics partner requires a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept a signature by them as well as their photo ID as evidence of delivery.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. This email confirms that your order has been received and has been sent for making. As soon as your order has finished production, you will receive a second email with a picture of the finished jewelry and a link that will direct you to updated tracking information. You can get in touch with us at jewels@subeez.org for any questions related to your order or delivery.  For security purposes, we will get in touch with you after the order is placed and ready to be shipped, to request for confirmation of who will be likely to receive the parcel. The delivery partners will hand over the parcel only to these specified person/s.
