Exchange, Return and Cancellation Policy

PRODUCT SPECIFICATIONS

We make every reasonable effort to ensure that our Products are accurately displayed on the Website. However, photographs on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and information on the Website regarding size and details of Products is included as a guide only. Variations between the photograph of a Product and the actual Product may occur due to:

Technical restrictions of color reproduction or photo quality on your computer or mobile device and we cannot guarantee your computer’s monitor or mobile device will accurately display the true color or other specifics related to the Product you are purchasing. We will not be liable for any error or inaccuracy in the photographs or graphical representations of our Products displayed on the Website.

All Subeez jewelry is handcrafted by artisans using various simple and complicated and sometimes indigenous techniques which cannot be exactly replicated to represent the image shown on the website. There might be slight differences in size, dimensions and weight of the final product depending on factors beyond our control.
We will be more than happy to walk through all details of the product including the measurements and scale of all products before you place an order. Once purchased, do note that sales on www.subees.org  are final.

RETURNS AND DAMAGES

In the event of any defects or damages, please email us at jewels@subeez.org  within 24 hours of receiving your product along with photographs of the product highlighting the issue. Our team will respond back right away to remedy the situation. We will respond as soon as possible to rectify the situation, and a replacement order of the same design will be placed. We will then arrange for the damaged product to be picked up and delivered to us. Please make sure it is in its original condition and packaged securely. Please note that we might have to ask you to send it to India for repairs. Since all our designs are handcrafted with techniques specific to highly skilled Indian artisans, all repairs can only be made here.

We have a right to refuse excessive or unreasonable requests.

Because all pieces are unique, individualized and made from high value materials, We do not offer any exchange or return for our products.  Once purchased, do note that sales on www.subees.org  are final.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

If for any reason, you wish to cancel the order, after the payment has been received, please reach out to us on jewels@subeez.org within 2 days/48 hours of placing the order and payment and we will enable it. When the cancellation is initiated within 48 hours after the payment has been received the refunded amount will be 100% of the total invoice amount .

Since our designs are made to order, when the cancellation is initiated within the first week (i.e between 3rd and 7th day) after the payment has been received the refunded amount will be 70% of the total invoice amount

No cancellations are possible after 7 days. We have a right to refuse excessive or unreasonable requests. 

We are aware that you would have queries and questions regarding your order, we are happy to address all your concerns via call and email. Please contact us at jewels@subeez.org / chat with us and video conference with us, till you are satisfied and convinced that we are the right partner for purchase of your unique jewelry pieces.

REFUND PROCESSING TIME

If the return or cancellation policy has been met, the refund processing time is 15 days after the return or cancellation is approved.
